Slice and pit the avocado and set aside.
Toast bread; for this recipe, I like light to medium toast 🙂
While the bread is toasting, combine sesame seeds, chia seeds, red pepper flakes, and sea salt. Mix well.
Once toasted, spread the sun-dried tomato spread equally over both slices of bread.
Arrange one-half of the avocado slices on one slice. Repeat for the second slice.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture over both slices.
